The author constructs some fundamental solutions of the Helmholtz equation which can be used as Carleman functions. Namely, with the help of these fundamental solutions, he gives a reconstruction formula of the solution of the Helmholtz equation in a bounded domain \(D\) in \(\mathbb{R}^m\) \((m\geq 2)\) by using the Cauchy data on a part \(S\) of \(\partial D\), where \(\partial D\setminus S\) is a part of the surface of the infinite spherical cone and \(S\) lies inside the cone.
