The authors study the elliptic equation in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) \[ \Delta u+K(x)u^p+ \mu f(x)=0,\tag{1} \] where \(n\geq 3\), \(\Delta\) is the Laplace operator, \(p>1\), \(\mu\geq 0\) is a parameter, and \(f\) as well as \(K\) are given locally Hölder continuous functions in \(\mathbb{R}^n\setminus \{0\}\). They are mainly interested in an entire positive solution of (1) and their asymptotic behaviour, and under suitable assumptions on \(K,p\) and \(f\) they prove the existence of infinitely many positive entire solutions for small \(\mu\geq 0\).
