In [\textit{J. A. Aledo} et al., Adv. Math. 224, No. 6, 2511--2530 (2010; Zbl 1203.53016); \textit{J. M. Espinar} and the author, ``The Abresch-Rosenberg shape operator and applications'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1512.02099}], the existence of a Codazzi pair defined on any constant mean curvature surface in the homogeneous spaces $\mathbb{E}(\kappa,\tau)$ associated to the Abresch-Rosenberg differential was shown. In the present paper, the author uses the mentioned Codazzi pair to classify capillary disks in $\mathbb{E}(\kappa,\tau)$. It should be remarked that the Codazzi equation of a constant mean curvature surface (or $H$-surface) in $\mathbb{R}^3$ implies that the Hopf differential is holomorphic. Hence, as the Codazzi equation is the same in every 3-dimensional space form, we can extend the Hopf Theorem to any space form. Therefore, the results presented in this paper generalize the previous classification of constant mean curvature disks in the product spaces $\mathbb{S}^2\times \mathbb{R}$ and $H^2\times \mathbb{R}$ in [\textit{M. do Carmo} and \textit{I. Fernández}, Forum Math. 21, No. 6, 951--963 (2009; Zbl 1188.53072); \textit{M. P. Cavalcante} and \textit{J. H. S. de Lira}, Mich. Math. J. 55, No. 1, 163--181 (2007; Zbl 1144.53075)].
