The paper studies sweeping processes of the form \[ -x'(t)\in N_{C(t)}(x(t))+f(t,x(t)),\eqno (1) \] where \(f:\mathbb{R}\times \mathbb{R}^n\to \mathbb{R}^n\), \(C:\mathbb{R}^n\to \mathcal{P}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) is a set-valued map with closed convex values and \(N_X(x)\) denotes normal cone of a closed convex set \(X\subset \mathbb{R}^n\) at the point \(x\). It is proved that if \(f\) is globally Lipschitz (in both variable) and satisfies a certain monotonicity condition and \(C\) is also globally Lipschitz, then problem (1) admits an unique global solution. In addition, if \(f\) and \(C\) are almost periodic it is proved that this solution is almost periodic. Afterwards, it is considered the case when the right-hand side in (1) contains non-monotone perturbations and certain stability results are obtained.
