The notion of harmonic pseudo-horizontally homothetic submersions is a special case of the concept of pseudo-harmonic morphisms. More geometrically, this is a smooth family of minimal submanifolds indexed by a Kähler parameter manifold. This paper gives some results on how to obtain harmonic pseudo-horizontally homothetic submersions, which are extented versions of Theorem 1.1, Proposition 2.5 and Proposition 2.6 of the paper [\textit{S. Gudmundsson} and \textit{J. C. Wood}, Math. Scand. 73, 127-155 (1993; Zbl 0790.58009)]. Then, the authors apply this method to construct sphere bundles over Kähler manifolds whose bundle projections are harmonic pseudo-horizontally homothetic submersions.
