In this paper, the nonexistence of non-negative functions satisfying \[ -\Delta u - b(x) u \geq u^p \quad \text{in} \;{\mathcal D}'(\Omega) \] is studied, where \(\Omega\) is a domain in \({\mathbb R}^N\), \(p>1\), \(b(x) \geq 0\) and \(b \in L^1_{\text{loc}}(\Omega)\) is a singular potential of Hardy-type.
