The authors consider the operator defined by \[ \mathcal M_Lf(t,x)=\int_0^t Le^{-(t-s)L}f(s,\cdot)(x)\, ds \] for functions \(f\in C_c(\mathbb R_+\times \mathbb R^n)\), where \(-L\) is a densely defined closed linear operator acting on \(L^2(\mathbb R^n)\) and generating a bounded analytic semigroup \((e^{-tL})_{t\geq 0}\). They study its boundedness on weighted versions of the tent spaces \(T^{p,2, m}(t^\beta dt \, dy)\) which are defined by the condition \[ \biggl(\int_{\mathbb R^n} \biggl(\int_0^\infty \biggl(\int_{\mathbb R^n} t^{-n/m}\chi_{B(x, t^{1/m}}\biggr)(y) |g(t,y)|^2 dy t^{\beta}dt\biggr)^{p/2}dx\biggr)^{1/p}<\infty \] whenever the operators \((T_t)=(tLe^{-t L})_{t\geq 0}\) satisfy off-diagonal estimates of a certain order \(M\) and homogeneity \(m\), i.e., \[ \|\chi_E T_t \chi_F f \|_2 \leq C (1+ \mathrm{dist}(E,F)^m/t)^{-M} \|\chi_F f \|_2 \] for all Borel sets \(E,F\) in \(\mathbb R^n\) and \(f\in L^2(\mathbb R^n)\). Their main result establishes that, if \(m\in \mathbb N\), \(\beta<1\), \( 2n/(n+m(1-\beta))<p<\infty\), \(r=\min \{p,2\}\) and \(M> \frac{n}{mr}\), then \(\mathcal M_L\) is bounded on \(T^{p,2,m}(t^\beta dt \, dy)\). Also, the end-point \(p=\infty\) is considered.
