This article discusses the potential theory on generally singular area-minimizing and, more generally, on almost minimizing hypersurfaces frequently occuring in geometry, dynamics and physics. Given an (almost) minimizing hypersurface \(H\) containing a singular set \(\Sigma\) the authors develop a detailed potential theory on \(H\setminus \Sigma\) for a large class of linear second-order elliptic operators. For Part I, see [the author, Potential Anal. 53, No. 4, 1493--1528 (2020; Zbl 1472.30027)].
