The author studies a Keller-Segel system coupled with the (Navier-)Stokes equations in three-dimensional domains. This system with tensor valued sensitivity function models coral fertilization process. Under some assumptions on that sensitivity function, global-in-time existence of suitable weak solutions is proved. When nonlinear effects in the fluid are neglected, these solutions are classical and bounded. Those results extend and generalize a couple of previous works.
