The purpose of this paper is to axiomatize a generalization of the subjective expected utility in Savage's framework when the set of states is finite. The proposed axiomatization requires that the set of consequences be infinite, in contrast to Savage's arbitrary one. Sufficiency for representation is proved. Also, two additional axioms are examined, that yield complementarily additive or additive probability measures over states, respectively.
