\textit{J. Bourgain} [J. Anal. Math. 120, 105--130 (2013; Zbl 1358.37017)] proved Sarnak's Möbius disjointness conjecture for a particular class of three-interval exchange maps. In the present paper the author improves the Diophantine condition of Bourgain, expanding the collection of three-interval exchange maps satisfying Sarnak's conjecture. He also estimates the Hausdorff dimension of the new parameter set and shows it has Lebesgue measure zero. The author points out how his results complement those of \textit{J. Chaika} and \textit{A. Eskin} [J. Mod. Dyn. 14, 55--86 (2019; Zbl 1417.37143)].
