The paper under review studies ``compact convex Lefschetz fibrations'' \(W^{2n+2}\to D^2\). These are Lefschetz fibrations with an exact \(2\)-form \(\omega=d\lambda\), whose restriction to the fibers defines a convex symplectic structure, i.e. a symplectic structure such that the vector field \(Z\) defined by \(\iota_Z\omega=\lambda\) points outwards at the boundary. The restriction \(\lambda\mid_{\partial W}\) defines then a contact structure on \(\partial W\) which is supported on an open book coming from the Lefschetz fibration. It is proven that for any simply connected, Legendrian submanifold \(L\subset \partial W\) embedded in the interior of a page of that open book, one can find a 1-parameter deformation of the compact convex Lefschetz fibration that renders \(L\) into a Lagrangian submanifold of the accordingly deformed contact structure.
