On the Peterson hit problem (Q2359934): Difference between revisions

Let \(A\) be a the mod \(2\) Steenrod algebra and \(M\) be a left \(A\)-module. The hit problem for \(M\) is the determination of the quotient \(M/A^{+}M\) where \(A^{+}\) is the augmentation ideal of \(A\). This paper is concerned with the hit problem for \(M=P_{k}=\widetilde{H}^{*}(B(\mathbb{Z}/2\mathbb{Z})^{k}\); \(\mathbb{F}_{2})\) and \(k=4\).
