Partition logics are algebraic structures related to both quantum logics and Moore and Mealy automata. The authors introduce the product of partition logics and clarify this notion in the context of automata. They state some results about the tensor product of prime quasi-orthoalgebras (these are isomorphic to partition logics). An open question remains when this tensor product exists (in the category of prime quasi-orthoalgebras).
