This paper deals with a class of semilinear elliptic equations with Neumann boundary condition. The authors are concerned with two distinct cases, namely the presence of an unbounded and indefinite potential, respectively a bounded potential combined with a reaction that exhibits a concave parametric term near the origin. In the first case, the authors establish the existence of at least three solutions, one of them being nodal. In the second case, it is proven the existence of at least six solutions, one being sign-changing. The proofs combine variational techniques with flow invariance arguments.
