Let \(\{z_k\}_{k=1}^\infty\), \(0<| z_k| <1\) be an arbitrary sequence of complex numbers, such that \(| z_k| <| z_{k+1}| \), and \(B(z,\{z_k\})\) the corresponding Blaschke product. The author studies the operator \[ (T_Bf)(z)=\int_T f(rt)B(\bar t w)\,dm(t), \qquad z=rw, \] \(dm\) is the normalized Lebesgue measure on the unit circle \(T\), which acts from \(X\) to \(Y\), where \(X\), \(Y\) are subspaces of the space \(H(D)\) of all holomorphic functions in the unit disk \(D\). The weighted Hardy spaces \[ H_\alpha^p(D):= \{f\in H(D): \int_T | f(rt)| ^p \,dm(t)=O((1-r)^{-\alpha}), \quad r\to 1\}, \] \(0<\alpha,p<\infty\) are of particular interest. The sequence \(\{z_k\}\) is said to satisfy the Neumann condition (the Neumann sequence) if \(\sup_{k\geq 1} (1-| z_{k+1}| )(1-| z_k| )^{-1}\leq \gamma\), \(\gamma<1\). Here is a typical result in that direction. Theorem 1. Let \(\beta>0\), \(2\leq q<\infty\), \(0<t\leq 2\). The operator \(T_B\) is a bounded operator from \(H_{\beta+1}^q(D)\) to \(H_\beta^t(D)\) if and only if \(\{z_k\}\) is a finite union of the Neumann sequences.
