The author studies the existence and uniqueness of mild and classical solutions for abstract impulsive differential equations with state dependent time impulses: \[\begin{aligned}u'(t) &= Au(t)+ f(t,u(t),u(\gamma(t))),\ t\ne t_i,\ i=1,\dots, N,\\ u(t^+_j) &= g_j(u(\sigma_j(u(t^+_j)))),\ j=1,\dots, N,\\ u_0 &= \varphi\in C([-p,0],\,X),\end{aligned}\] where $A: D(A)\subset X\to X$ is the infinitesimal generator of an analytic semigroup of bounded linear operator $(T(t));\, t\ge 0)$ defined on a Banach space $(X,\Vert.\Vert)$, $0= t_0< t_1<\cdots<t_N< t_{N+1}= a$ are pre-fixed numbers, and $f$, $g_j$ are adequatly specified functions.\par The author proves the existence and uniqueness of solution using the Banach principle. The existence of a mild solutions via the Schauder's fixed point theorem is established and proved. In the last section, an example is presented.
