The author presents several sufficient conditions for guaranteeing the existence of a fixed point for multivalued nonexpansive mappings. Such results are presented in terms of the modulus of smoothness, the coefficient of weak orthogonality, the Domínguez--Benavides coefficient, the James nonsquare constant, and the von Neumann--Jordan constant.
