    In this paper monotone effect algebras with the Riesz decomposition property are shown to be \(\sigma\)-homomorphic images of effect-tribes with the Riesz decomposition property, which are effect algebras of fuzzy sets closed under pointwise limits of non-decreasing fuzzy sets.
