This paper is part 2 of a two-part paper. Together with part 1 [Discrete Comput. Geom. 32, No. 1, 55--99 (2004; Zbl 1059.52020)], it completely classifies the geometrically chiral polytopes in three-dimensional euclidean space. Part 1 of the paper enumerates those with finite faces and finite vertex-figures. In part 2 (this article), it is first shown that the requirement that there are no chiral polytopes with finite faces and infinite vertex figures. Second, the article proves that a discrete chiral polytope with infinite faces must be of type \(\{\infty,3\}\) or \(\{\infty,4\}\), the faces being helices whose base is either a square or a hexagon. This leads to a small number of cases to be individually examined. Each case is analysed, and the polytopes that arise are enumerated. Finally, the article explores the covering relationships between the polyhedra discovered.
