The paper under review studies irreducible unitary representations of nilpotent super Lie groups. Main results of the paper are the following: 1. Generalization of the notion of polarizing subalgebras of nilpotent Lie algebras to what is called polarizing systems in nilpotent super Lie groups. It turns out that every irreducible unitary representation of the latter is induced from a special Clifford module associated to a polarizing system. 2. A concrete geometric parameterization of irreducible unitary representations of nilpotent super Lie groups by non-negative definite coadjoint orbits. As an application the author proves an analytic generalization of the Stone-von Neumann theorem for Heisenberg-Clifford super Lie groups and obtains a numerical invariant (a positive integer) for irreducible unitary representations of nilpotent super Lie groups.
