Two conjectures related to the Jacobian conjecture are disproved in this paper. With respect to the first one, a complex polynomial automorphism \(F:\mathbb{C}^n\to \mathbb{C}^n\) \((n\geq 4)\) fixing 0 and of degree 5 is given such that for any real positive \(\lambda\neq 1\), \(\lambda F\) is not globally analytically linearizable to \(\lambda\cdot DF(0)\). With respect to the second one, the same formula works in the real case to show that \(0\in\mathbb{R}^n\) for \(0<\lambda<1\) is not a globally asymptotically stable fixed point of \(\lambda F\).
