Mutiloop algebras are multivariable generalizations of the loop algebras appearing in Kac-Moody Lie algebra theory. In the one variable case, the problem of classifying the finite-dimensional simple modules were discussed by several authors (Chari; Pressley; Eswara Rao; P. Batra, etc.). The present paper deals with the multivariable case, a complete list of the finite-dimensional irreducible modules are given.
