Let \(M\) be \(n\)-dimensional Riemannian manifold isometrically immresed in a Kählerian manifold \((\widetilde{M},g,J)\) endowed with Kähler metric \(g\) and almost complex structure \(J\). The Wirtinger angle \(\Theta (X)\), (\(0\leq \Theta (X)\leq \frac{\pi}{2}\)) of a nonzero tangent vector \(X\) of \(T_{p}\widetilde{M}\) at a point \(p\in \widetilde{M}\) is the angle between \(JX\) and the tangent space of \(T_{p}\widetilde{M}\) at \(p\). The submanifold is called slant if its Wirtinger angle \(\Theta(X)\) is constant i.e., \(\Theta (X)\) is independent of the choice of the \(X\) in the tangent bundle \(TM\). For more detail, see, \textit{B. Y. Chen}, [Geometry of slant submanifolds. Leuven (1990; Zbl 0716.53006)]. For surfaces in complex Euclidean plane \(C^{2}\) endowed with an almost complex structure \(J\), flat surfaces are the simplest ones from the intrinsic point of view. On the other hand from the \(J\)-action point of view, the most natural surfaces in \(C^{2}\) are slant surfaces. In this paper the author classifies flat slant surfaces in \(C^{2}\).
