The paper studies a formal model of a relativistic spinless particle in the presence of electromagnetic and gravitational fields. No discussion is given of experimental findings which may require such a treatment. No physical or technical applications are given of the developed mathematical formalism. The paper therefore does not fulfill Diracs well-known criterion that ''The only object of theoretical physics is to calculate results that can be compared with experiments''.
