The equations of the title all have similar, large symmetry groups. Just as A. A. Markoff late last century generated all solutions for his equation where \(a=b=c=1\) and \(d=3\) from the fundamental solution \((1,1,1)\), the authors give fundamental solutions in the present setting. Tables listing fundamental solutions for imaginary quadratic fields of reasonably small discriminant are provided. The techniques are adaptations of those of \textit{J. H. Silverman} [J. Number Theory 35, 72-104 (1990; Zbl 0702.11012)] for \(d\) large with respect to \(|abc|\) and those of \textit{B. H. Bowditch, C. Maclachlan} and \textit{A. W. Reid} [Math. Ann. 302, 31-60 (1995; Zbl 0830.57008)] for small \(d\).
