Let \((G,\Sigma,\mu)\) be a measure space with a finite, nonatomic measure \(\mu\), and let \(M\) be an \(M\)-function. There are obtained necessary and sufficient conditions in order that a point \(x\) of the unit sphere in the Orlicz space generated by the function \(M\) is a weakly strongly exposed point (resp. a *-weakly strongly exposed point) of the unit ball of this Orlicz space, both in the case of the Luxemburg norm and Orlicz norm.
