The paper deals with the spectral properties of magnetic Schrödinger operator in two dimensions with random potential. The main result is that there is only a pure point spectrum away from the Landau levels and that the corresponding eigenfunctions are exponentially localized. To proof localization a variant of a method by Fröhlich and Spencer is used.
