A new method is suggested for solving several classes of regularly and singularly perturbed problems. For instance, applications to solving of spectral problems, problems of theory of branching, finding roots of nonlinear equations without using Newton's diagrams, and nonlinear spectral problems are discussed. Furthermore, for a class of singularly perturbed multipoint boundary value problems, an asymptotic decomposition of the solution and the structure of the boundary layer in a closed analytical form are found without using Green's function technique.
