The Einstein-Maxwell-dilaton-axion (EMDA) theory in 4-dimensions is invariant under the \(\text{Sp}(4,\mathbb{R})\) group of isometry transformations of its \(\text{Sp}(4,\mathbb{R})/U(2)\) target space if its underlying 4-dimensional line element is stationary (see \textit{D. V. Gal'tsov} and \textit{O. V. Kechkin} [Phys. Rev. D, III. Ser. 54, No. 2, 1656-1666 (1994; MR 97i:81089)]. In this paper, the authors study the action of the isometry subgroup, which preserves the trivial values of the dilaton, the axion, and the electromagnetic fields, on the Ernst-like potentials and physical charges for the above stated EMDA theory. They analyze the general charge generation technique and formulate some new solutions. Finally, they present a solution describing the double rotating dyon with independent values of all physical charges.
