Precontinuity and semi-precontinuity in bitopological spaces (Q1200038): Difference between revisions

\textit{M. Jelić} [A decomposition of pairwise continuity, J. Inst. Math. Comput. Sci. Math. Ser. 3, No. 1, 25-29 (1990)] generalized the notions of preopen sets and precontinuity to the bitopological spaces. In the present paper, the authors generalize the notions of semi-preopen sets to bitopological spaces and define semi-precontinuity in bitopological spaces. Some characterizations of the pairwise precontinuous functions and of the pairwise semi-precontinuous functions are proved. The authors illustrate the relations between previous notions with a great number of examples.
