Nonautonomous impulsive evolutionary equations with finite time delays in the form \[ \begin{aligned} u'(t) & =A(t)u(t) +F(t,u(t),u_t),\quad t>0, \quad t\neq t_i,\\ u(s) & = \phi(s) \text{ for } s\in [-r, 0], \\ \Delta u(t_i) & = I_i(u(t_i)),\quad i= 1,2,\dots,\quad 0<t_1<t_2<\dots<\infty \end{aligned} \] in the Banach space \( (X,\| .\|) \) are considered. New results for the existence of periodic solutions are obtained. A rich list of references and supporting examples are provided.
