    Let \(n/(n+1)<p<1<q<\infty\) and \(\alpha=n(1/p-1)\). Let \(K\in C(\mathbb R^n\setminus\{0\})\) satisfy that there exists a constant \(C>0\) such that \(\int_{\varepsilon <| x| <N}K(x)\,dx=0\) for all \(0<\varepsilon<N\), \(| K(x)| \leq C| x| ^{-n}\) for \(x\neq 0\), and \(| K(x-y)-K(x)| \leq C| y| | x| ^{-n-1}\) for \(2| y| \leq| x| \). For \(b\in \text{BMO} (\mathbb R^n)\cap\dot\Lambda_\alpha(\mathbb R^n)\) with \(\alpha=n(1/p-1)\), define \[ Tf(x)=\lim_{\varepsilon\to 0}\int_{| x-y| >\epsilon} K(x-y)f(y)\,dy \] and \[ T_bf(x)=b(x)Tf(x)-T(bf)(x). \] In this paper, the authors prove that \(T_b\) is bounded on \(H^p_q(\mathbb R^n)\), where \(H^p_q(\mathbb R^n) =H^p(\mathbb R^n)+L^q(\mathbb R^n)\), and for \(f\in H^p_q(\mathbb R^n)\), \[ \| f\| _{H^p_q(\mathbb R^n)}=\inf\{\| h\| _{H^p(\mathbb R^n)} +\| g\| _{L^q(\mathbb R^n)}:\;f=h+g,\;h\in H^p(\mathbb R^n),\;g\in L^q(\mathbb R^n)\}. \] A corresponding result for singular integrals with variable kernel is also presented.
