Let \(R\) be a ring with identity. The ring \(R\) is said to have right (resp., left) Property (A) if for every finitely generated two-sided ideal \(I\subseteq Z_\ell(R)\) (resp., \(I\subseteq Z_r(R)\)), there exists \(0\neq a\in R\) (resp., \(0\neq b\in R\)) such that \(Ia=0\) (resp., \(bI=0\)), where \(Z_\ell(R)\) (resp., \(Z_r(R)\)) denotes the set of all left (resp., right) zero-divisors of \(R\). It is shown that a reduced ring with only finitely many minimal prime ideals has Property (A). Several extensions of rings with Property (A) including matrix rings, polynomial rings, power series rings and classical rings of quotients are investigated. Further, it is studied when the space of minimal prime ideals of rings with Property (A) is compact.
