A group is binary-finite if all its subgroups generated by two elements are finite. The author studies groups \(G\) which are extensions of a binary-finite group by a binary-finite group with respect to the primary minimal condition. For instance, it is shown that such a group \(G\) is locally finite with primary minimal condition if it contains an involution \(i\) such that every locally soluble subgroup containing \(i\) satisfies the primary minimal condition.
