    The authors consider the operators \[ (\Phi(D) u)(x)= F_{\xi\to x}^{- 1} \Phi(\xi)F_{y\to \xi} u(y)\tag{1} \] in the spaces \(H_ \beta^ s(\mathbb{R}^ m, \mathbb{R}^{m-n})\); here \(F\) is the Fourier transform in \(\mathbb{R}^ m\), \(\Phi\in C^ \infty(\mathbb{R}^ m\backslash 0)\) is a homogeneous function of the complex degree \(a\), and the norm in \(H_ \beta^ s(\mathbb{R}^ m, \mathbb{R}^{m- n})\) is defined under integer \(s\geq 0\) and \(\beta- s> n/2\) by the equality \[ \| u; H_ \beta^ s(\mathbb{R}^ m, \mathbb{R}^{m-n})\|= \left(\sum_{|\alpha|\leq s} \int_{\mathbb{R}^ m}| y|^{2(\beta- s-|\alpha|)} | D_ x u(x)|^ 2 dx\right)^{1/2}, \] with \((y, z)\in \mathbb{R}^ n \times \mathbb{R}^{m- n}= \mathbb{R}^ m\). The authors introduce the transversal operators, which arise from operator (1) after Fourier transform under variables: \(x_{n+ 1},\dots, x_ m\) and change of variables. The following problems are investigated: 1) Boundedness of the transversal operators in the weighted Sobolev spaces. 2) Composition of such operators. 3) The problem of isomorphism of the weighted Sobolev spaces realized by transversal operators. 4) The setting of the boundary and coboundary problems for convolution operators.
