In this work, the authors consider various classes of rotationally symmetric spaces with nonnegative scalar curvature and weak regularity assumptions, among them \(L^2_{\mathrm{loc}}\)- and \(H^2_{\mathrm{loc}}\)-local regularity. The distance between these spaces and Euclidean space is studied in terms of the ADM mass, providing explicit estimates. A useful compactness theorem for sequences of regions with uniformly bounded depth, whose outer boundaries have fixed area and an upper bound on the Hawking mass, is established in Section 8.
