Continuing the investigations of Ramanujan, Berndt and Evans, and the reviewer, the authors study Dirichlet series of the form \[ \zeta_{\eta,\vartheta}(s) = \sum_{k=2}^\infty \frac{(\log k)^\eta}{(k (\log k)^\vartheta )^s}, \] where \(\eta\) and \(\theta\) are real parameters and \(s\in{\mathbb{C}}\). They show that \( \zeta_{\eta,\vartheta}\) admits an analytic continuation to the whole complex \(s\)-plane except the line joining \(1\) and \(-\infty\). The singular expansion around \(s=1\) depends on whether \(\theta-\eta\in{\mathbb{N}}\) or not. The branch cut is caused by the logarithm in the denominator and the non-integral power in the numerator. Therefore, they are forced to use somewhat different techniques as in the classical case.
