The authors approximate series expansion of Bessel functions through the evaluation of ``exp-arc'' integrals. An ``exp-arc'' integral is an integral involving a power of any of the functions: \(e^{\arcsin z}\), \(e^{\arccos z}\), \(e^{\operatorname{arcsinh} z}\), \(e^{\operatorname{arccosh} z}\). They use ``exp-arc'' integrals to expose series for \(J_{\nu}(z)\), \(Y_{\nu}(z)\), \(K_{\nu}(z)\) and \(I_{\nu}(z)\), they also give an analysis of the effectiveness of these series, provide numerical calculations and compare their results with other computation schemes.
