For the minimization of a quasiconvex function subject to quasiconvex inequality constraints it is shown that this problem is pseudoconvex if and only if every F. John (resp. KKT) point is a global minimizer. This result is shown in the nondifferentiable case using Clarke's generalized gradient and also under differentiability assumptions.
