The authors are concerned with the existence of positive solutions to the multi-point Dirichlet problem: \[ \begin{cases} -u''(t)+A(t)u(t)=f(t,v(t)), \quad 0<t<1,\\ v''(t)+A(t)v(t)=g(t,u(t)), \quad 0<t<1,\\ u(0)=\sum_{i=1}^{m-2}\alpha_iu(\xi_i),\quad u(1)=\sum_{i=1}^{m-2}\beta_iu(\xi_i),\\ v(0)=\sum_{i=1}^{m-2}\alpha_iv(\xi_i),\quad v(1)=\sum_{i=1}^{m-2}\beta_iv(\xi_i),\end{cases}\tag{\(P\)} \] where \(f,g\in C([0,1]\times\mathbb R^+, \mathbb R^+)\), \(A, B\in C[0,1]\) and \(\alpha_i, \beta_i\) are positive given constants. \(\xi_i\in(0,1)\) are the multi-points (\(1\leq i\leq m-2\)). The authors consider the non-resonant case that is the case, where the corresponding Green function exists and is unique. Then they prove existence of positive solutions in the positive cone of the Banach space of continuous functions under some technical assumptions. For this, they apply the classical Krasnosel'skii fixed point theorem of cone compression and expansion. In particular, the nonlinearities \(f\) and \(g\) are asked to behave similarly at \(0\) and \(+\infty\). Two existence theorems of two positive solutions (corresponding to the sublinear and the superlinear cases respectively) are given; then two corollaries for the existence of one solution are derived but no illustrating example is provided.
