    The energy functional is derived from a Gross-Pitaevski type of expression, the wave functions over which the minimum is taken are all describing the lowest Landau level, and they form a Fock-Bargman space. The zeros of the minimizing wave functions (and the corresponding densities) are expected to produce the famous ``Abrikosov lattice''.
