This paper considers ``cluster synchronization'' in which a network of units, each described by a low-dimensional set of ODEs, breaks into several clusters, each of which consists of a subset of the units which are perfectly synchronized. The coupling terms are ``diffusive'' in the sense that they are zero when the two relevant units behave identically. Control terms are added to the dynamics which force any specified clustered state to be globally attracting. Numerical results are given to demonstrate the analysis. The authors seem to use the term ``uncertain'' to mean that their results apply to whole classes of systems, rather than just a specific one.
