Gualtileri defined the \(\partial\) and \(\overline{\partial}\) operators for any twisted generalized complex structure in the same way as these operators are defined in complex geometry, see [\textit{M. Gualtilieri}, Generalized complex geometry, thesis, Oxford univ., (2003) \url{arXiv:math/0401221}] and [\textit{M. Gualtilieri}, Generalized complex geometry, preprint, (2007), \url{arXiv:math/0703298}]. The main result of the present paper is that these operators coincide with the differential operators defined by Alekseev [cf. \textit{A. Alekseev, P. Xu}, Derived brackets and Courant algebroids, unpublished manuscript, (2001), available at \url{http://www.math.psu.edu/ping/anton-final.pdf}] for Evens-Lu-Weinstein modules of a Lie bialgebroid.
