The authors study the geometry of Miquelian Minkowski planes. These Minkowski geometries can be represented as the geometry of plane sections of nondegenerated ruled quadrics of the projective 3-space with the following additional property: For every cycle \(C\) there exists an inversion, which fixes \(C\) pointwise. A given pair of joinable points \(\{a, b\}\) is called Miquelian, if the set of all inversions interchanging \(a\) and \(b\) operates transitively on the set of cycles containing \(a\) and \(b\). Then these Miquelian point pairs are used to give new characterizations of Miquelian Minkowski planes. The final result says, that the existence of two such Miquelian point pairs with special properties characterizes a Minkowski plane as a Miquelian one.
