The author studies affine planes (P,\({\mathfrak L})\) and their affine k-webs (k\(\in {\mathbb{N}}\), \(k\geq 3)\) where the little affine theorem of Pappos \((t)_ a\) is valid and where there is a prime \(p>2\) such that the condition \((f_ p)_ a\) (which guarantees that in the additive loop of every ternary ring coordinatizing (P,\({\mathfrak L})\) each element \(a\neq 0\) has the order p) is fulfilled. He asks, to what extent do exist in these structures little affine Desargues configurations or what kind of Desargues-like configurations can appear instead. For this purpose he considers affine k-webs \({\mathfrak N}\) consisting of k parallel-pencils \({\mathfrak N}_ 1,...,{\mathfrak N}_ k\). Then if \(n<k\), if \({\mathfrak X}_ 0,{\mathfrak X}_ 1,...,{\mathfrak X}_ n\) are \(n+1\) distinct pencils of \({\mathfrak N}\) and if \(L\in {\mathfrak N}_ 0\) he studies the group \(\Delta =\Delta ({\mathfrak X}_ 0,{\mathfrak X}_ 1,...,{\mathfrak X}_ n)\) of all affine projectivities \(\pi\) : \(L_ 0\to L_ 0\) composed of perspectivities of the form [A\(\to^{B}C]:\) \(a\to a(\| B)\cap C\) where \(A,C\in {\mathfrak X}_ 0\) and \(B\in {\mathfrak X}_ 1\cup...\cup {\mathfrak X}_ n\). \(\Delta\) is called n-direction group. Under the assumption that each sub-3-web satisfies the little affine Reidemeister condition \((r)_ a\) each \(\pi\in \Delta\) can be already presented as a product of four particular perspectivities (cf. {\S} 2). Then he assumes that the k-web satisfies the Thomsen condition \((t)_ a\) (cf. {\S} 3). (Here \(\Delta\) is the product of two abelian 2-direction groups) and finally he adds the condition \((f_ p)_ a\) ({\S} 4). This enforces that the 2-direction subgroups are elementary abelian p-groups and that for \(n=3\), \(\Delta\) is a metabelian p-group of exponent \(p^ 2\).
