    With the aim to obtain a Kählerian version of the Marsden-Weinstein reduction theorem, this long and very interesting study has as main objects the Kählerian manifolds \((M, \omega , J)\) whose underlying symplectic structure \(\omega \) is homogeneous under symplectic actions of completely solvable Lie groups. To these manifolds a class of Lagrangian foliations is naturally associated and then new problems are raised, for example involving the topology of affinely flat manifolds. This last question is studied through the Koszul-Vinberg cohomology which is computed using techniques of spectral sequences and is connected to a fundamental conjecture of Gindikin, Piatecki-Shapiro and Vinberg on homogeneous Kähler manifolds.
