The inverse spectral problem is studied for a boundary value problem of the form \[ -y''+q(x)y=\lambda y,\; x\in (0,\pi),\; y(0)=y(\pi)=0. \] Uniform stability is established for the solution of the inverse problem of recovering the potential \(q(x)\) from the given spectral data.
