The inverse spectral problem is studied for the non-self-adjoint matrix Sturm-Liouville operator with an integrable potential on the half-line. The Weyl matrix is used as the main spectral characteristic. A procedure for constructing the global solution of the inverse problem is provided along with necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of this nonlinear inverse problem.
