The aim of the paper is to describe the collection of all Appell systems for the case of \(\mathbb R^3\rightarrow \mathbb R^3\), proving that no purely algebraic recursive formula (in a specific sense) exists for these systems. This is in contrast to the existence of known constructions for standard quaternionic analysis. Nevertheless, by using the operation of integration of polynomials, the authors offer a simple recursive procedure for constructing Appell bases in the considered case.
